Description: The print represents some of Colorado's most iconic and stunning mountains, Maroon Bells. As this is a popular place in Colorado, I wanted to paint something a little different. My idea was to find a balance between a realistic view and abstracted space. I'm also interested in depicting an increasingly warmer, Colorado winter, connecting the painting to a larger issue of global warming.
