Shipping Information

How are your fine art items packed and shipped?

All items are carefully packed, protected, and shipped by our professional in-house shipping team. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx. International orders are shipped via FedEx International, and USPS.

I live in the Denver area. Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes. Contact info@lkmndd.com to arrange a local pickup appointment and to receive a partial shipping refund. A handling fee may still apply.

How does LKMNDD handle and ship orders containing multiple items?

Orders containing multiple fine art prints will ship to buyers as soon as all of the items in the order become available to be packaged together. If purchasing fine art prints and t-shirts in the same order, the items will ship separately to ensure no damage to the fine art print(s). Contact info@lkmndd.com to submit special shipping requests.

Why didn’t my print come with/without a number in the edition?

Before artwork goes to print, the printer and the artist work together to decide how many prints in the edition will be numbered, and how many will be reserved for the artist and the printer. Artist proofs (APs), printer proofs (PPs), and galley proofs (GPs) are a part of this first edition, signed by the artist, and are equally valuable as the numbered prints (sometimes more). There are no multiple RUNs or editions. Your PP, AP, or GP is a part of this limited, first edition. Refer to your Certificate of Authenticity for more information. We also offer open editions which in this case, there will not be a number included on the print edition.


Return Policy

What is your return policy? Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Collectors may return prints (archival pigment prints, giclées, screen prints, etc.) within seven (7) days of delivery to receive a full-value refund or replacement item less shipping. Items returned within 30 days of delivery will receive an equivalent value in LKMNDD account credit less shipping.
Buyers may cancel their orders for a full refund (or equivalent value in account credit) at any time before their order is shipped. All sales are final on original works of art.

What if my fine art print order was damaged during shipping?

 Please take photos of the damaged packaging and print, then send to info@lkmndd.com. We will be more than happy to help you from there.


Artists

I am an artist who would like to work with LKMNDD. How can I submit my work?

We are always accepting artist submissions. Please send us links to your website and Instagram, along with examples of your work and some information about yourself, to info@lkmndd.com.

I have artwork that I would like to print. Can you help me?

LKMNDD accepts all print requests. Submit the details of your inquiry, including high-resolution picture files, desired edition size, and dimensions to info@lkmndd.com.
