Description: The Klonism life motto “All Play No Work” started back in 2010 when he decided to quit his 9 to 5 job as a delivery driver and focus full time on being an artist. Although the slogan is a twist on “all work no play”, and Klonism definitely makes a living from his art, he says, “Art for me is play and I refuse to see it as work. I don’t paint for the need of money, I paint for my love of art. Therefore, it is all play and no work for me!”

Being from the UK and residing in Mexico, Klonism meets lots of people on his travels and loves to ask, “What is your play?”, meaning what do you do for fun or a hobby? He believes everybody should have some form of release from the daily grind of life that is more than just watching television (many people believe this to be a hobby.) He says, “All of us have struggles of some kind, and I believe we all need hobbies as a form of relief. Whether it’s art, music, reading, writing, sports, whatever - do what you need to take your mind away from the crazy world we live in. For me, doing street art is my release and I hope it also inspires others to find theirs.”
